Engine Parts Warehouse, Inc./PBM is a wholesale supplier to the professional automotive machine shop and performance engine builder. We do not sell to other entities outside our industry. EPW has no retail counter sales or any other provisions of selling to individuals. Our sole focus is distributing products to the automotive machine shop and performance engine building professionals. EPW's inventory is a reflection of our customer base. We offer everything from re-builder's chemicals to professional quality engine kits to hard core racing components and everything in between. We have twenty-plus years experience and our customer service reps have over 15 years experience. The PBM Performance Products line was created to keep our wholesale customers competitive with like namebrand products sold by mass retailers. We believe we have the best mix of namebrand products, including the PBM line that offers you quality at a price that keeps you competitive.

This is a no charge service to our customers. Our Special Order Staff specializes in finding those hard to find parts: antique, agricultural, import or just plain weird. Please email mthomason@enginepartswarehouse.net for special order information.

Sales Policies & Procedures

"V" Account reflects COD net pricing or 10% "quick pay" discount for payment of statement balance in full by the 10th of the month following statement date (i.e. 10%/10th). Our billing cycle ends on the 25th of each month with net due on the 10th of following month to receive 10% "V" account prompt payment discount. COD accounts in good standing (i.e. not past due) receive 10% "V" account prompt payment discount. COD accounts in good standing (i.e. not past due) receive the "V" pricing on invoice. We accept Visa® or Master Card®. Opening an account with EPW is subject to completion, review and approval of a Credit Application and Agreement that outlines EPW's policies and terms/conditions of an account. Please call any EPW location for a Credit Application & Agreement. We consider open/credit accounts with the completion of our credit application. Freight Policy

All master kits are freight prepaid. Orders of $200.00 or more are freight prepaid (except crank-shafts, cylinder heads, blocks, glass bead, steel shot, shop chemicals and specified merchandise.) All prepaid orders are shipped ground. Method of shipping is UPS, Fed-Ex and numerous common carriers truck lines.

Return Policy

Customer may return parts that are in Re-sellable Condition and in original packaging. EPW will not issue credit for merchandise that is dirty, greasy, disassembled, modified or the word 'defect' written on the component. Alleged defects must be accompanied by a detailed description of the defect. Gasket sets that are opened are not eligible for return. (Manufacturer's policy)

Credit/Return Policy

Returned merchandise that is in re-sellable condition and cores that are received by the 20th of the month will be credited in the current billing cycle. Returns credited after the 20th will be received in the following month. Returns are subject to a restocking fee. EPW will not accept freight collect returns. As a service we will issue ARS/Call tags.
